Provide Intentional, Neurologically-Focused Care
- Create meaningful connections with patients while educating them on the relationship between their nervous system, their environment, and true body autonomy.
- Confidently teach the why behind chiropractic care, honoring the body’s innate intelligence and potential through every adjustment.
- Serve as the emotional and energetic thermostat of the practice—showing up grounded, present, and fully aligned with our sacred commitment to our patients each day.
- Remain subluxation-focused and dedicated to corrective, neurologically-based care to support optimal nervous system function and long-term healing.
Amplify the Hope Chiropractic Mission
- Actively participate in sharing our message—both in front of and behind the camera—through social media and digital platforms to authentically connect with our community.
- Support in-office experiences, community events, and outreach initiatives that build trust, relationships, and awareness of family-centered chiropractic care.
- Show up fully engaged in team meetings with the intention of collaboration, alignment, and continuous improvement in how we live out our mission.
Lead with Heart & Ownership
- Lead and/or support pre-shift huddles with intention, ensuring the team is aligned, prepared, and energetically ready to serve.
- Take ownership of practice goals and key metrics by managing daily responsibilities with excellence and accountability.
