Our awesome clinic is oversubscribed! Having established ourselves as the go-to clinic in the city of Dundee for over 20 years our active referral base demands that we urgently need to grow our team.
Our Intention Statement explains who we are and our overall ambition for the clinic:
We are a caring, progressive team dedicated to promoting lifelong health and wellness through natural healing, expert care, and continual growth in knowledge to better serve our community.
With a large paediatric list as well as a performance & sports injury base, we are primarily a chiropractic clinic but utilise a multi-discipline team including yoga, massage and sports therapy practitioners. Through this we aim to affect as much of the dynamic between the physical, chemical and emotional as possible. We believe this holistic approach leads to a better understanding of most patients' complaints and provides us with the best results for them.
As a clinic we feel that continually learning and expanding our knowledge is key both in serving our patients and guests but also in serving ourselves, it allows us to stay in love with our profession and remain energised about why we took this path in the first place.
We are proud to have a well established mentoring programme and the support this has provided both our clinical and clerical team has been fantastic. Our mentoring takes the form of regular meetings both individually and in groups but we also have an online programme for you to follow in your own time. There is monitored progression and career development within the role and across the clinic. Our in house coaching will help you develop your skills as an adjuster as well as a expert communicator to help you build a consistently busy diary, with a wide range of clients from babies to the elderly, athletes and everyone else in-between.

The position we are recruiting for is a FULL TIME ASSOCIATE POSITION.
Specifics include:
- Monthly base salary with percentage/performance bonuses
- Regular mentoring in group and individual sessions
- Up to 40hrs a week depending on your goals
- Initial GCC & Association fees paid
- PRTS Training available
- TIER 2 SPONSORSHIP FOR OVERSEAS WORKERS AVAILABLE
