Associate Chiropractor Opportunities – Human Health, Jersey (Channel Islands)
Two Full-Time Roles | £60,000 – £120,000 OTE | Applications Close 31 December 2025
Are you a Chiropractor who values precision, groundedness, and connection - someone motivated by purpose, mastery, and genuine care rather than ego or transaction?
At Human Health, we’re offering two rare opportunities for experienced, intuitive, and inspired Chiropractors to join our established and innovative practice on the island of Jersey. We’re seeking practitioners who are eager to grow, learn, and contribute within a collaborative, high-performing team dedicated to excellence in human health and human care.
About Human Health
Human Health is a well-established Chiropractic and Functional Health practice built on the understanding that true health is the expression of life through every part of us — physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual.
Our model integrates Chiropractic, Craniopathy, and Functional Health, grounded in vitalistic principles that recognise the body’s innate intelligence and capacity to heal. We support individuals and families through two interconnected pathways:
- The Human – Adult care focused on restoring adaptability, awareness, and presence.
- Little Humans – Pregnancy, paediatric, and developmental care supporting mothers, infants, and children from conception through adolescence.
Our purpose-built clinics in St Helier and St Peter provide calm, nature-inspired spaces that reflect our philosophy of connection, quality, and ease.
The Roles
We are recruiting for two full-time Associate Chiropractors:
- Pre/Postnatal & Paediatric-Focused Chiropractor – A practitioner experienced or inspired to develop in pregnancy, infant, and paediatric care within our Little Humans model.
- Adult-Focused Chiropractor – A practitioner inspired to work deeply with adults through physical, emotional, and neurological integration within our Human model.
Both roles offer:
- Full-time employment with a pay range of £60,000 – £120,000 OTE, depending on experience and development
- Mentorship and integration training in our model — combining SOT, Craniopathy, muscle testing, low-force and tonal techniques, and specific manual spinal adjusting for structural subluxations
- The opportunity to practise within a framework that assesses and prioritises the spiritual, physical, emotional, and mental aspects of health
- A collaborative, values-driven team environment where growth, integrity, and shared excellence are at the heart of everything we do
Experience or interest in functional health is welcomed but not required; this is a Chiropractic Associate role focused on personalised, hands-on care.
Who We’re Looking For
You are someone who:
- Has meaningful clinical experience (this is not a new graduate role)
- Has working knowledge of SOT and is open to developing it further within a flexible, integrative approach with other techniques/approach.
- Is confident in full-spine adjusting and interested in or familiar with muscle testing, low-force, and tonal techniques
- Brings presence, groundedness, intuition, and precision to your work
- Thrives in a collaborative, team-oriented environment and values collective growth
- Seeks long-term development, professional excellence, and meaningful contribution
- Aligns with a whole-person, vitalistic philosophy that honours the connection between the body, mind, and human experience
Who This Is Not For
This role is not for practitioners seeking transactional or routine practice, or those driven primarily by volume, ego, or external recognition. If you’re not open to teamwork, learning/mentorship, or continual self-development, this may not be the right environment for you.
