The Mountains Chiropractic is growing. With a brand new second location in Bullaburra we’re looking for a like-minded Chiropractor to join our team.

If you’re craving a better work life balance, and would like to slow down, and spend a bit more time connecting with patients, this is an opportunity to build something in one of Australia’s most beautiful regions.

✨ About the Role ✨

Permanent part-time: 24–30 hrs/week, plus holiday cover
$33.09/hr retainer + super + paid leave entitlements
Sliding scale bonus from 40–55% + super
45–60 min New Patient appts / 15 min Return visits
No weekends (unless you want them)
Work across Blackheath and Bullaburra clinics. Both well-located, calm, welcoming (and often complimented on by other practitioners and patients!)
Growth opportunity: the new Bullaburra location opens up fresh energy, space and patient demand.

🌿 About You

You understand chiropractic at its core: helping the nervous system adapt by addressing subluxation, whatever tool you're using to do it. You trust your intuition but also use functional/ortho/neuro testing to back it up and objective tests to measure progress.

Ideally you have/are:

2–3+ years experience, but new grads welcome
Experienced (or interested) in SOT, extremities, NET, SD Protocol, functional testing
Are comfortable caring for everyone from new-borns to octogenarians
Keen to integrate into the Blue Mountains community long-term
Energetically aware, but not floating off (you’re a bit woo but with both feet firmly on the ground)
Strong communicator who can hold space and explain things clearly
Are self-motivated and don’t need micromanaging, but are willing to work into the systems already in place
The ability to work in Australia, or come over on a Youth Mobility visa initially and then we can chat sponsorship if it is a good fit
