Associate Chiropractor

New Malden Health and Performance Clinic is looking for an enthusiastic Associate Chiropractor to join our team.

We've been caring for our local community for over 40 years and have built an outstanding reputation for honest, patient-centred care. Our patients value our down to earth approach, and much of our growth comes through word of mouth, returning patients, recommendations and family referrals.

This is an excellent opportunity for a chiropractor looking to establish themselves within a busy private practice, with a steady flow of new patients from day one and genuine long-term career prospects.

The Role

Self-employed, percentage-based contract
Part-time (4 sessions spread across the week), with scope to increase
Consistent flow of new and returning patients
Established referral network and excellent local reputation
Work alongside chiropractors, physiotherapists and sports massage therapists
Reception and administrative support throughout the day, including insurance billing
50 minute initial appointments and 20 minute follow ups
PRT mentoring and support available if required (even if you are further into your career)

Whether you're a recent graduate or have a few years' experience, we're looking for someone who:

Is friendly, approachable and can build rapport with our patients
Is confident communicating the value of MSK care within a multidisciplinary setting
Has a genuine desire to build a thriving patient base
Is motivated to continually learn and improve
Has a growth mindset and welcomes constructive feedback
Is prepared to invest in building long-term relationships with patients
Wants to become an integral part of our clinic
