Our Chiropractors are instrumental in ensuring the ongoing success of our rapidly expanding clinics, enabling us to serve an even bigger community. The Chiropractors we work with are required to:

•Be able to communicate with patients in such a way that they can understand why the suggested plan of care is the best solution to solve their problem

• Willing and able to spot when a patient may be disillusioned or confused with their progress (and likely to drop off)

• To be able to communicate in such a way that the patient can confidently say yes to a full plan of care

• To be able to engage with and connect with patients at a personal level that goes way beyond a clinical outcome

• Demonstrates an understanding of what the causes are – and solutions – that could lead to a patient dropping off schedule

• Demonstrates a willingness to be held accountable for performance

About Us

The West Byfleet clinic was started back in 2018 with just one Chiropractor and a CA. There is now a second clinic in Addlestone which is 5 miles away and a team of 35 across both clinics.

The clinics help patients to achieve their goals of living a mobile, independent and connected life well in to their 80's, 90's and beyond.

We have a large team and due to the close proximity of the clinics we meet regularly for training and masterminds. This helps to share ideas and grow the Chiropractors and CA's to help them understand the long term potential of Chiropractic care.

Our Locations

Our clinics are based in West Byfleet and Addlestone, two friendly Surrey towns that offer a relaxed pace and easy access to London.

West Byfleet has a cozy, village atmosphere, with local cafes, shops, and plenty of green spaces like the Basingstoke Canal—a perfect spot for lunch or a walk.

Addlestone is just a short distance away, with a lively town center that includes a cinema, shopping, and restaurants. Both towns are conveniently located, with trains to London Waterloo in 25 minutes and quick road connections via the M25, A3, and M3, making it easy to get around Surrey and beyond

What we will provide:

Minimum guaranteed salary plus bonus
5.6 weeks paid off per year
All insurance and GCC fees paid
