Associate Doctor (Years 0–2): Master the systems, sharpen your skills, build your base
Lead Doctor (Years 2–7): Lead clinical shifts, mentor younger docs, own your results
Senior Doctor (Years 8–10+): Teach, lead, and help shape the future of the clinic
