New Life Chiropractic is an established corrective chiropractic and wellness practice serving more than 500 patient visits per week.
We’re looking for a driven, mission-aligned chiropractor who wants to care for patients, master their craft, and grow within a proven practice—without having to build a business from scratch.

The Opportunity
You’ll step into an established practice with built-in patients, a trained support team, consistent new-patient opportunities, and proven clinical systems.
Your initial focus will be:
- Delivering excellent manual adjustments
- Building strong patient relationships
- Learning our clinical systems and standards
- Becoming fully integrated with our team and culture
As your skills and confidence develop, we’ll train you to manage the complete patient journey:
Consultation → Examination → X-Ray Analysis → Care Plan → Report of Findings → Adjusting → Progress Exams → Wellness
This includes:
- High-volume chiropractic adjusting
- New-patient consultations and examinations
- Digital X-ray and structural analysis
- Individualized corrective care plan creation
- Reports of findings
- Patient education and communication
- Progress examinations
- Long-term corrective and wellness care
- Patient retention and referrals

We’ll train the right chiropractor.
Compensation
Base salary: $90,000–$150,000, based on experience and demonstrated ability
Plus uncapped performance bonuses tied to:
- Care plan starts
- Practice collections
- Patient retention
- New-patient performance
- Clinical performance and professional growth
