The Opportunity
New Life Chiropractic has served the Rocklin/Roseville community for more than 13 years and currently delivers 500+ patient visits per week.
Our focus is specific, life-changing corrective care—not simply temporary symptom relief.
Our clinical approach includes:
- Gonstead analysis and adjusting
- CBP principles
- Drop-table techniques
- Diversified adjusting
- Digital X-ray and structural analysis
- Corrective rehabilitation
- Spinal decompression
- Erchonia laser
- Shockwave therapy
You'll receive significant training and mentorship to expand your adjusting, clinical analysis, communication, leadership and business-development skills.
You'll Help Lead Our Growth
This is more than a clinical associate position.
You'll become a key doctor responsible for new patient growth and conversion.
You'll develop mastery in:
- New patient exams
- X-ray and clinical analysis
- Day 1 and Day 2 experiences
- Report of findings
- Patient education and communication
- Ethical conversion into appropriate corrective care
- Patient retention and referrals
- Community outreach
- Speaking and relationship building
- Leadership and business development
You are not the marketing department.
We've already built and refined the marketing, onboarding and conversion systems that generate opportunities.
Your responsibility is to become exceptional at turning those opportunities into relationships and helping patients confidently make the right decisions about their health.
Compensation and Career Growth
Base Salary: $90,000–$120,000+ depending on experience and demonstrated ability
You'll also have significant performance bonus opportunities tied to:

What You'll Learn Here
We want you to become substantially more valuable as a chiropractor because you worked with us.
You'll receive mentorship in:
Clinical Excellence: adjusting, Gonstead analysis, CBP principles, corrective care, X-ray analysis and case management.
Communication: report of findings, patient education, influence, handling concerns and leading patients with confidence.
Business and Leadership: new patient acquisition, conversion, retention, community outreach, practice metrics and team leadership.
If you don't currently possess your California X-Ray Supervisor and Operator permit, you'll be expected to obtain it within your first 60 days.
