Job Title: Lead Chiropractor (5+ Years Experience)
Location: Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands
Compensation: Commission-Based ($60k – $120k/year)
We are seeking an experienced Chiropractor to join our multidisciplinary team as Lead Chiropractor. We are looking for a practitioner with a dedicated specialization in corrective care. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our structural rehabilitation efforts- developing comprehensive, customized treatment programs and tracking measurable patient progress to deliver lasting results.

The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated professional with at least five years of experience, possessing strong clinical skills and a desire to play a key role in our practice's growth.
Primary Duties:
· Perform comprehensive patient examinations, diagnose conditions, and develop effective, long-term treatment plans.
· Administer precise chiropractic adjustments and advanced complementary therapies.
· Maintain accurate and confidential patient records utilizing Jane App.
· Educate patients on preventative care, structural health, and lifestyle improvements.
· Engage in practice promotion and community outreach.
· Collaborate with the broader clinic team, including massage therapists,to ensure a high standard of multidisciplinary care.
Required Qualifications:
· Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) degree from an accredited chiropractic college.
· Current and valid chiropractic license.
· Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a chiropractor.
· Demonstrated expertise in diagnostic, manual adjustment, and corrective care skills.
· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient management skills.
· Ability to work autonomously within a collaborative team setting.
