Key Responsibilities
- Assess, diagnose, and manage musculoskeletal and neuromuscular conditions.
- Perform chiropractic adjustments and manual therapy techniques.
- Develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
- Educate patients on posture, ergonomics, exercise, and injury prevention.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in clinic marketing and patient retention initiatives when required.
Qualifications
- Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) or Masters in Chiropractic degree from an accredited institution.
- Valid chiropractic license in home country.
- Eligibility for professional licensing in Saudi Arabia.
- Minimum 2-3 years of clinical experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- English proficiency required; Arabic language skills are an advantage but not required.
Compensation & Benefits
Tax-Free Income
- Monthly salary: 22,500 SAR ($6,000) USD (tax-free), depending on qualifications and experience.
Revenue Share / Performance Bonus
- In addition to the base salary, the Chiropractor will receive up to 10 PERCENT (%) of monthly collections.
- Performance structure to be finalized based on experience and clinic volume.
Housing Allowance
- $800 USD per month, or company-provided accommodation.
Transportation Allowance
