Founded in 2013 by AECC graduates Guy and Lizzy Falco, we have grown into the largest multidisciplinary MSK clinic in the Midlands, with over 900 five-star Google reviews and recognition from BUPA, AXA, and Aviva. The demand for our services is exceptional — and that demand directly benefits every clinician on our team.
We are looking for a hardworking and compassionate chiropractor to join our team of 9 chiropractors, 3 sports therapists, and 2 physiotherapist in the vibrant community of Harborne, Birmingham.

New patients come to us in exceptional numbers. You will not be waiting months to build a caseload — our referral reputation, Google presence, and patient loyalty mean your diary fills quickly. Many of our chiropractors are fully booked within weeks of joining. This is a clinic where you can focus entirely on what you do best: treating patients and developing your clinical skills.
- 8 fully equipped treatment rooms.
- Consistently high new patient volume across all practitioners

Employed position
- £30,000 basic salary with a straightforward, achievable bonus structure
- Realistic total earnings of £50,000–£90,000 depending on commitment
Self-employed position
- Percentage-based fee split from 40% to 55%
- Realistic earnings of £50,000–£90,000 per annum
- Uncapped earning potential — the busier you want to be, the more you earn
