What You’ll Do
We’ll support you to build trust, deliver great results, grow a full and sustainable client base, and become the chiropractor you’re proud to be.
As a Chiropractor at Life Balance Chiropractic, you will:
- Attract new clients through referrals, social media, screenings, community events and local visibility
- Consult deeply by listening to each client’s goals, concerns and what matters most to them
- Assess and examine clients using chiropractic testing and X-rays where clinically appropriate
- Design personalised care plans that match each client’s goals, findings and best path for long-term progress
- Communicate with clarity so clients feel safe, informed, confident in their care and certain about their next step
- Locate, analyse and correct vertebral subluxations using a clear, specific approach that helps develop your adjusting skills and clinical confidence
- Deliver joined-up care with massage therapists and other chiropractors, including lifestyle advice and exercise guidance where appropriate
- Connect on every visit so clients feel seen, heard and cared for, not just checked or corrected
- Review progress regularly by checking goals, adjusting care when needed and linking care to the life clients want to live
- Guide long-term results from relief to prevention, performance and wellness, keeping clients engaged through each phase of care
- Create raving fans by helping clients feel understood, cared for and clear on their progress, then inviting referrals, reviews and stories when the impact is real
- Grow and contribute through mentorship, feedback, training, content, events, team support and leadership development
You’ll work within proven systems that support clinical excellence, client experience, retention, referrals and long-term results.
Who We’re Looking For
You may be a strong fit if you are:
- GCC-registered or GCC-eligible and able to work in the UK
- A new graduate, experienced chiropractor, or relocating chiropractor looking for the right long-term opportunity
