We are seeking a passionate and motivated Chiropractor to join our busy and growing cash-based practice in Reading, PA. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a supportive environment with a steady flow of patients, flexible scheduling, and competitive pay per patient seen. Our office is passionate about serving our community with individualized care plans, philanthropy, and delivering the miracle of the adjustment with specificity and intention!

What We Offer:

-Thriving patient base in a respected practice (Avg 20+ NP's a month without marketing)

-Flexible hours – part-time or full-time available

-Pay per patient seen (competitive rates- 50/50 split), work full or part-time

-Supportive, professional environment focused on patient-centered care. Mentorship available for new or developing docs

-Business helps with malpractice fees, licensing fees, and continuing education expenses as needed

What We’re Looking For:

-Licensed Chiropractor (PA license required or in progress)

-Passionate about chiropractic and natural health care

-Strong adjusting skills and excellent bedside manner

-Ability to work independently and as part of a team

-Commitment to providing exceptional patient care

-Willingness to learn and grow
