Position Summary
The Lead Chiropractor is responsible for exceptional patient care, smooth day-to-day operations, and the performance of the entire care team. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment, inspires excellence, and upholds the HealthSource standards for care, service, and results. As the Lead DC/Clinic Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the direction of our company, with the potential to earn ownership equity as we expand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional chiropractic care using Health Source’s proven model.
- Emphasize root-cause treatment and long-term wellness over symptom management.
- Execute marketing and community outreach strategies to drive new patient acquisition.
- Train and motivate the team, foster a collaborative and results-oriented environment.
- Lead the clinic like it’s your own business—drive growth to meet and exceed patient volume, retention, and revenue goals.
Qualifications:
- Licensed Doctor of Chiropractic (Washington State or eligible for licensure)
- Minimum 2 years of experience, prior leadership or mentoring experience preferred.
- Highly coachable and adaptable to proven Health Source systems.
- Team-oriented and results-driven.
- Thrives in a high-accountability, fast-growth environment.
