Who we are looking for:
A recent graduate or an experienced provider.
An efficient and thorough practitioner that can treat 100 - 125 patient visits in a week. Patient treatment time of 10 minutes (including electronic SOAP note).
A motivated individual. Pay is a base salary plus a competitive commission. We want our providers to earn over $100,000 a year.
An accountable team player. The contract term is 2.5 years; the provider must commit enough time to care for their patient base.
This position is 32 practice hours per week (plus charting time).
About our practice:
Founded in 1983 by Palmer graduates, our clinic has developed into family-oriented practice specializing in injury and accident care.
As business owners, our job is to support our associate chiropractors. We handle all marketing, insurance billing, credentialing, patient scheduling and staff issues. Our associate chiropractors focus solely on patient care.
We encourage our providers to incorporate their own unique interests into our practice. For our associates we have purchased a COX table, Euchronia laser and a MyoVision DynaROM/sEMG unit. We do not want one “version” of chiropractic in our office. Our chiropractors are at their best when they are following their passion!
Support staff includes a office manager, 3 well-trained CAs, a full-time biller, 6 massage therapists and 3 chiropractic technicians. Each support staff member is confident in the benefits of chiropractic care, and receives treatment in our office once a week! Healthy spines = great staff!
Compensation:
- Earn $72,000 to $150,000 a year
- Paid WA State License and Malpractice
- Paid CE credits ($1,000 annually)
- Vacation and Sick days
- Medical Insurance/Dental @ $400 a month
- Supplemental Insurance
- Retirement plan
- Relocation Fee (if applicable)
Where we are:
Like open spaces, sunshine, no traffic, and an outdoor lifestyle? Then Yakima may be perfect for you.
Yakima Valley is an agricultural community in central Washington, with an affordable cost of living. With a wonderful climate and close proximity to mountains, lakes and larger cities, it is an ideal place to raise a family.
We are blessed with an average of 300 days of sunshine annually (yes, 300 really!), which means there isn’t a bad time of the year to enjoy the great outdoors. And because we’re centrally located in Washington State, getting there with all your gear is a snap.
