About Us:
We are a well-established chiropractic practice with over 18 years of experience in providing 5-star wellness care to our community. Our team consists of two experienced Doctors of Chiropractic, an Office Manager with over 12 years of experience, two Chiropractic Assistants (CAs), and Massage Therapists. Our practice is known for its mentorship, established patient base, and a strong focus on personal and professional growth. Together, this experienced team provides comprehensive and holistic care to patients, creating a supportive and welcoming environment for those seeking chiropractic and wellness services. Our clinic offers an array of wellness care options for patients of all ages. Our primary focus is always Chiropractic Care with supportive treatments and therapies such as Spinal Decompression, Neuropathy treatment, Knee Decompression and Nutritional Support for Metabolic Conditions and Weight Loss. In addition our practice is accompanied by a functional fitness studio for rehabilitative exercises, referral for personal training and yoga classes. We are truly a Complete Wellness Center.

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated, coachable Associate Doctor of Chiropractic to join our team and help expand our practice. This position is open to both new graduates and seasoned doctors who are motivated to grow their career in a supportive environment. The ideal candidate will possess charisma, excellent communication skills, entrepreneurial qualities, and a strong desire to achieve personal and professional goals as part of our team.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality chiropractic care to our patients.
• Utilize high-medium volume manual adjusting skills to treat patients effectively.
• Perform Patient Exams, Report of Findings and maintain complaint documentation.
• Create and present care plans designed to engage patients in long term benefits of Chiropractic Care.
• Collaborate with seasoned support staff to deliver exceptional patient care.
• Maintain a coachable spirit and be open to mentorship and ongoing learning.
• Obtain a Georgia chiropractic license within 90 days of employment.
• Work Monday through Thursday to maintain a perfect work-life balance.

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Chiropractic degree from an accredited institution.
• Strong manual adjusting skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to obtain a Georgia chiropractic license within 90 days of employment.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and a desire to grow within the practice.
