ASSOCIATE OPPORTUNITY IN SUBURB OF CHARLOTTE, NC

Looking For Doctor of Chiropractic with a License for NC, or ability to obtain license

• Provide quality consultations, exams, XRays and adjustment
• If you are interested in being a part of an amazing team that is driven by giving excellent clinical results to its patients and has plenty of opportunity for personal and professional growth, then we are looking for you! This is a great opportunity for anyone looking for a stable job out of school, or for those wanting to adjust but not deal with the business side of things (will train you in this if desired). We are open to both experienced and graduate DCs. We are a mostly cash-based practice, so you won't be stuck filling out a lot of forms. This allows the opportunity to grow at a fast pace while learning from two experienced chiropractors. We have a close-knit team and we want to help you achieve and be the best you can be, so being a coachable team player is key. You will learn from a proven training program to assist you in reaching your full potential.
• We handle most marketing and practice management, so you can focus on patient care. (Occasional Marketing Availability is a Plus)
• Doctor of Chiropractor License for NC, or ability to obtain license
• Manual Adjusting Skills is a plus, including Seated Cervical (will teach), Prone Thoracic, and side posture, and drop table.

Your Role

• Provide consultations, exams, and treatment plans for chiropractic maintenance visits
• Provide high quality care to each and every patient
• Ability to build relationships and educate patients on benefits of regular chiropractic wellness care
• Utilize diversified or Gonstead adjustments and drop tables (or be willing to learn)

This position is open to both experienced and graduate Chiropractors. We're looking for someone with high energy and motivation to: learn, adjust and grow to your potential as a chiropractor. We are a close knit team and want to help you achieve and be the best you can, so being a coachable team player is key.We will teach you our system of successful practice building, and we are looking for a DC that is self motivated and has a strong work ethic.

Minimum Requirements

• Doctor of Chiropractor License for NC, or ability to obtain license
• Be willing to learn Diversified or Gonstead adjusting including the full spine and extremities.
• Cheerful, outgoing demeanor and enthusiastic approach to exceptional patient support

What We Offer

$50K to $85K Base Annual Salary (depending on experience) with an easily attainable bonus structure based on your patient numbers
