Quality Chiropractic & Injury Rehab

I am looking to bring aboard an associate chiropractor into my office. I have been in practice for 32 years, 28 of those years here in Las Vegas. I have a small but fully functional office located in southeast Las Vegas. I am looking for a doctor who has excellent technique and is confident with his/her adjusting skills. I am looking for someone who has at least 3 years of adjusting experience in a clinical setting. This is not a high volume clinic, and currently seeing 70-80 pv's a week. We average 20 new patients per month. However, there is tremendous potential to see more patients, I just can not at this time in my career. The clinic has two treatment rooms with automated flexion/distraction, drop tables, one exam room, digital x-ray, and open bay therapy and rehab room, we also have a dedicated massage room and full time LMT. We treat 30-40% personal injury accident patients, but we also see self pay and insurance patients. Looking for a doctor who is knowledgeable in EHR (we use Eclipse). Looking for full time and must have a NV license in good standing. I am looking to have new doctor start beginning of November. I will be unable to treat patients for three months, but I will be in the office. Eventually, I would want the new doctor to take over treatment while I decrease seeing patients. I am looking to retire at the end of 2022. So there is also opportunity for potential ownership. Salary is negotiable based upon experience. Malpractice insurance is covered.
