Franklin, Tennessee is located in one of the top 10 wealthiest counties in the US and is located 20 minutes south of fast growing Nashville. Our office vision: To create the premier healing center where people come from all over to experience the miracles of upper cervical care. Where people are taught that true health comes from within. Where we empower people to make healthier choices to create a happy, healthier life.

Our perfect candidate will be comfortable:

· Seeing patients from age 0-100 but know that our target demographic is female age 45-65

· Practicing and/or training in upper cervical in addition to full spine techniques such as Thompson and Activator

· Joining a team that will comanage cases

· Practicing philosophically based chiropractic principles and the principles of a healthy lifestyle

· Treating complicated case types

· Being open and coachable to new ideas and personal growth

· As a motivated self-starter and sincerely friendly with a desire to serve the community

· Joining a practice that is fun and keeps work/life balance in mind

· As detail oriented, quick learner and a desire for excellence

· Seeing at least 100 patient visits per week

· Marketing yourself in networking groups and making connections in the community

· Making long-term commitment to the office. Again, we are looking for associate doctors who enjoy a group practice not just those who want to jump around or use this as a stepping stone.

Job Specifics

· Must have or be working toward Tennessee chiropractic license

· Minimum 2 year commitment – we are looking for long term employees to join our group

· Compensation is commensurate with experience and training

· Benefits include paid malpractice, paid vacation, paid annual CE, paid chiropractic license, retirement plan and salary plus bonuses.

The goal of Precision Care Chiropractic is to create a chiropractic clinic where multiple doctors all practice similarly under one roof. Patients are assigned a doctor to start care and the patients are encouraged to stick with that doctor but are welcome to see the other doctors depending on needs.
