Cowesett Chiropractic: Dr Rick Jardon

DC planning on retiring in approximately 2 years (early 2025) looking for an associate to take over the practice. I'm more concerned with having my patients taken care of by someone who practices like me more than I am selling the practice. However, I do own the office condo and would want to sell that to the associate at market rate (approx 150k). I am flexible in regards to associate arrangements and have incorporated an associate who became a partner for 25 years so a similar arrangement might work well.
