• Experience in managing solo clinic
• Good interpersonal skills
• Good adjustment skills (diversify, drop, activator etc)
• Ability to promote and advertise the private practice
• Willingness to accept company practicing system over personal preferences
• Minimum 3-5 years in lead chiropractic roles
• Ability to help the company with duties
• Take on the responsibilities as clinician and answer to all queries
