About Us
Great opportunity to join a growing practice in the heart of Philadelphia. Luminous Chiropractic opened its doors in 2015 and is ready to bring on another doctor! The position is an associate role with the possibility to develop into a partnership with equity in the company. Salary will begin at $45,000 and will be re-evaluated after 6 months at which time an increase may be applied. A bonus structure will be implemented from the start allowing you to earn a percentage of every patient you personally bring in for care.
About the office:
Located in The Philadelphia Building at 13th and Walnut Street, Luminous Chiropractic is truly at the heart of center city. In 2018 we joined with Dr. Casey's sister's company, City Hydration. We have developed into a wellness collective offering IV hydration therapy, massage, and reiki.
Requirements:
The hired associate must be certified in the Pierce Results System or be willing to learn PRS. This can be a great opportunity for a chiropractor looking to develop their X-Ray analysis skills and produce objective chiropractic results. The office is a cash practice. We are looking for a very personable associate that enjoys getting to know their patients! Our office is not a high volume type of practice where you only get to be with the patient for 2 minutes with very little exchange. On average patients are with the doctor for roughly 10 minutes excluding the initial exam where we allot 45 min and the re-exam which is about 20 min long.
The hours will be full-time Mon, Wed, and Thurs 8:00 am- 6:00 pm, Fri 8:00 am-1:30 pm. The office is currently closed on Tuesdays and weekends. At this time health benefits will not be included but may be in the future.
