The Opportunity:
We are a very busy and growing orthopedics-based chiropractic clinic. Our practice has been established in our community for over 30 years and we enjoy an excellent reputation.
With the recent addition of full scope of practice chiropractic benefits to Arizona's Medicaid coverage, we are experiencing heavy demand for services and we need another full time doctor to meet this demand.
Also we would like to add an excellent doctor to our team with the goal in mind of replacing me as I transition into retirement over the next few years.
We are a clinic committed to excellence.
Requirements:
This position is not for everyone.
You must:
1. Place patients and service before money.
2. Take pride in the virtue of being a hard worker, understanding that success comes from hard work and that the measure of your success is your commitment.
3. Understand that you are not “entitled” to anything. You will work full time (or more) and your rewards will be in direct proportion to the value that you bring to your patients.
4. Understand that “principled philosophy” and evidence-based care are not mutually exclusive and in fact blend to form a very fulfilling practice mindset.
5. Possess the qualities of patience and persistence.
6. Understand that learning is a lifetime experience and that if you are not growing in knowledge and wisdom then you are declining.
7. Be honest and trustworthy.
8. Appreciate that we do not practice in a vacuum and that the chiropractic community deserves your support and participation.
9. Possess basic practical business skills (math, business communications, etc.).
10. Be competent as a team leader, supervising mid level provider and support staff.
