Our practice:

• We have built a successful cash practice. We are only in-network with Medicare and one small insurance company. We are 80% cash and (less than 20% of the practice is PI and insurance. We are mostly OUT of the insurance world- YES!)
• You will become part of the training system of 'The Remarkable Practice'
• We are very technologically advanced: Erchonia lasers, FX405, PEMF, shockwave, digital X-ray with PC/Monitors in all rooms, 3D Footlevelers scanner, etc.
• You will be serving in an aesthetically beautiful office that will make you proud to walk into each day.
• We are acute care that transitions patients in the wellness care model.
• Daily goal: make the patient's life better physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually! (We are blessed beyond measure!) We want to EXCEED their expectations.
• Each visit is an opportunity to educate, develop rapport, adjust, encourage the use of therapies and supplements.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform Patient Consultation /Examination/X-rays
• Perform Report of Findings / Recommendations for Care
• Note taking for all patients in Chirotouch/Bulletproof software (we also have a scribe who will help with PI notes)
• Great adjusting skills (Gonstead experience, Diversified, Drop, Arthrostim, Percussor). We will train. You must be coachable!
• Recommend Care and use of therapies: Erchonia cold laser; PEMF therapy, Decompression therapy, shockwave
• Exercise Instruction: Dynadisk, Bands, etc. (we'll train)
• Nutritional Guidance: Be willing to learn (and guide patients)
• Participate in weekly team Meetings
• Development / Attend Seminars on technique/technologies/personal development)

Requirements:

• Doctor of Chiropractic license from accredited chiropractic college
• Valid DC and 'Physical Medicine' License in AZ
• Coachable spirit and great communication skills
• Willingness & passion to learn new things (laser, PEMF, etc)
